Design Proposal for Thrithala - Koottanad Road Redevelopment

The Thrithala–Koottanad Road Redevelopment Project was undertaken as an institutional outreach initiative by Nehru College of Architecture in collaboration with the Public Works Department (PWD), Palakkad. Covering an approximate stretch of 5.0 km, the proposal aims to enhance connectivity, road safety, and travel efficiency through integrated roadway improvements, pedestrian infrastructure, drainage upgrades, and streetscape enhancements, contributing to a safer, more sustainable, and people-oriented transport corridor.
