Ar. Swathy CL Assistant Professor | Architect | Urban Planner
Ar. Swathy CL is an architect and urban planner with a strong academic and professional background in planning, design, and research. She holds a Master of Planning (Housing) from the College of Engineering Trivandrum (APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University) and a Bachelor of Architecture from DG College of Architecture, Calicut University. She qualified GATE in Architecture & Planning with a commendable score.
With diverse professional experience, she has worked as a Planner Associate at the Regional Town Planning Office, Kozhikode, and previously served as a Guest Lecturer at Government Engineering College, Thrissur. She has also contributed as a Junior Urban Planner at Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Ltd., where her work involved urban research, GIS mapping, design development, and planning coordination.
Her academic and research interests focus on urban livability, housing, community planning, and sustainable urban development. She is particularly interested in integrating planning strategies with real-world urban challenges in the Indian context.
