Ar. Fathimath Sana Assistant Professor

Ar. Fathimath Sana is a young, vibrant, and professional architect, serving as the Principal Architect of ITHAL Earth Studio, with a strong balance of academic excellence and hands-on practice. She completed her Bachelor of Architecture in 2018 and has contributed to over 90 architectural projects across Kerala and the UAE, gaining experience across varied scales and typologies. With a deep interest in sustainable and climate-responsive architecture, she pursued her Master of Architecture in Environmental Design from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. An active member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), she is also a sustainable practitioner and academic, conducting research on Indoor Environmental Quality and climate-responsive buildings. Her work explores how built environments can enhance health, comfort, and human well-being. Known for her dynamic and innovative approach, she seamlessly integrates sustainability, research, and creativity into design and teaching.
